The Owlerton Greyhound Owners Association are moving into Greyhound Syndication to promote ownership at Sheffield Stadium. Our first purchase is this July 13 puppy from Elaine Parker. “Rebel” has won today in 29:35 in A1 taking his record to 2 wins from 3 runs. The dog has been purchased for £4000 from Elaine and this can be confirmed at any time with her. This is a completely non profit making syndicate and no fees are charged for admin.
We are syndicating the dog in 1/15th shares. 3 of these have already been agreed with the committee members and Elaine is having one herself which leaves 11 to be sold. While plans have not been discussed I would imagine that the dogs next run would be in Open company or at the least, top grade A1. All members who join will have membership to the OGOA automatically included which normally costs £25 per annum.
Benefits include upto 25% off in the restaurant, free car parking, free entry for you and up to 3 guest at all times and other member offers as and when. A share will cost £265 each and the only payment thereafter is £15 per month. Thats it. Any profits will be held over until Rebel retires and then a distribution of funds will be made to shareholders. As said, we have 11 shares left. The accounts are always available to members and as this is being run in conjunction with the stadium, the management of the track will view the accounts monthly at the committee meetings. A great opportunity to join a successful Owners Association, Track and trainer.
