With three bars, a restaurant, and four VIP Boxes, your guests will be spoiled for choice at Owlerton Stadium. Get up close to the racing action with the Paddock Bar, enjoy track views from the Panorama Restaurant, or take in private track views from the balcony of a VIP Box.

6 Pack is our most popular package because it has everything you need for a cracking night at the races: food and a drink, 2 bets, 3 bars, and trackside access. Once you’ve tucked into our famous crispy chicken and chips meal, explore our 2 bars: Panorama Bar and Paddock Bar.
If you prefer a sit-down meal, views from the Panorama Restaurant are unparalleled in Sheffield. Keep an eye on your favourites with a panoramic view of all the action on the track. Restaurant packages are available every race night and include a 2- or 3-course meal. Plus, our Tote runners make sure you don’t miss a thing.
Our premium corporate hospitality package provides access to our stunning VIP Boxes. Complete with private balcony overlooking the track, a VIP race night also comes with a delicious banquet dinner, private mini bar, bar service, and Tote runner.

Yes, we pride ourselves on our full package choices. This is why all our corporate hospitality packages include catering, from our famous crispy chicken and fries with the 6 Pack package, three-course meals and table service in the Panorama restaurant or hot and cold buffets, full bar service and dedicated staff with our VIP boxes. All our food is freshly prepared by our experienced in-house chefs.
How many guests can be accommodated in a package?
At Owlerton Stadium, our Panorama Restaurant has a capacity for 300 people. We also have three trackside bars, including the Napoleons Bar, which can accommodate up to 400 guests. VIP boxes provide a premium option, catering to up to 20 guests per suite. Each box is equipped with its own private balcony for your exclusive use. Our suites can also be combined to allow up to 80 guests for larger gatherings.
Can children be added as guests in a corporate hospitality package?

How much do VIP boxes cost?
Our VIP boxes start from just £33 per person, which includes a hot or cold buffet, depending on the time of year you visit. We require a minimum £10 deposit per person and a £2 booking fee. Please note, there is a minimum of 15 people per VIP box booking.
Is there a dress code for corporate hospitality events?
At Owlerton Stadium, we suggest a minimum dress code of smart casual (jeans included).
