VENUE HIRE

Napoleons Bar is available for hire.
A large function room holding 200 for a sit down meal or 400 guests for a standing function. This bar is available to hire seven days a week, with or without Greyhound racing (depending on the day).
Owlerton Stadium is a great location for events and celebrations. Whether you prefer to get close to the action with trackside access in the Paddock Bar or comfortably accommodate a large party in Napoleons Bar. Whatever the occasion, celebrate with Owlerton Stadium.

Do I need to book in advance, or can I pay at the gate?
We always recommend booking ahead. But don’t worry, general admission is also available to purchase at the gate!
What bars are available at Owlerton, and how are they different?
We have two incredible bars to check out, including:
- The Paddock Bar, on the ground floor, with direct access to the trackside and offers all your hot food and refreshments on the go.
- The Panorama Bar, provides sweeping panoramic views of the racing action.
What is included in the “6 Pack” deal?
The 6 Pack deal includes admission, a racecard, a drink*, a £2 win bet and £1 jackpot bet*, plus a delicious crispy chicken strips and fries meal. By upgrading to 6 Pack Plus, you are also guaranteed seating just for you and your party during the event.
What is the Sunday Trio package?
Our Sunday Trio package is a family-friendly deal available on Sunday afternoons. You can choose between a hot roast beef sandwich and roasties, or crispy chicken strips and chips, plus admission, a racecard, and a drink*.
Do you cater to allergies and intolerances?
Of course! We have menus and food available with vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free, and other dietary requirements in mind. Please let us know of any dietary requests at the time of booking.
Is there seating included?
Can children attend at Owlerton Stadium?
Of course, we allow children in all areas of the stadium, but they must be accompanied by an adult at all times.
Do you offer any birthday perks?
If you book your celebration at Owlerton Stadium during your birthday month*, then you will receive a complimentary race package! That includes a choice of either a 6 Pack ticket, a 3-course meal, Sunday lunch, a VIP box, or a Sunday Trio.
