This year, remember, remember Sunday the 6th of November!
We all know the rhyme recounting the tale of the failed 1605 Gun Powder Plot of Guy Fawkes and his associates. 5th November traditions have changed over the years since 1605. Previous celebrations would consist of coming together for parades, bonfires, loud fireworks, sparklers, and tasty parkin cake. Albeit fun-filled but not great for pets.
This year, we are taking a pet-friendly approach to Sheffield fireworks displays. On Sunday 6th November Owlerton Stadium is hosting a Firework Spectacular event and leading by example with one of the only bangless Sheffield fireworks displays!
Fear not, our bangless fireworks display is performed to music and will be as dazzling as ever. Join us for a fun-filled day for the whole family, which includes a thrilling stock car racing event, delicious food, and live children’s entertainment, before the main fireworks event.

Go VIP this bonfire night at Owlerton Stadium! For £35 per person, experience the best fireworks show Sheffield has to offer from a private elevated balcony. What says bonfire night more than pie and peas? Tuck into a delicious buffet with a selection of pies with peas before heading out onto the balcony to watch the fireworks spectacular unfold.
Stadium gates open at 11am for stock car racing before the main fireworks event at 6pm, so you have plenty of time to enjoy the luxury of your very own VIP suite. There really is something for the whole family. Adults can make use of the refrigerated mini bar whilst the children enjoy the stilt walkers, circus acts and comedy acts!

Late Gate Admission
Looking for somewhere to watch extraordinary pet-friendly fireworks in Sheffield? Head on down to Owlerton Stadium for Late Gate admission from 4pm. Pre-book to pay just £5* for adults and £3* for children. Pay on the day prices are £10* for adults and £6* for children. You will be able to watch the last stock car race of the day and get settled in ready for the bangless firework display at 6pm.
Feeling snacky? Whatever you fancy, a burger or wrap, or loaded fries, head over to our snack bar. If you haven’t tried our famous crispy chicken and fries meal, you’re in for a treat! We have something for everyone to enjoy at our snack bar, with tasty vegetarian options.

Stock Car Racing
Green flag means, GO! The action rolls into Owlerton Stadium this November with Yorstox short circuit. If you’re a big stock car fan, this is the event for you! Experience the thrill of live stock car racing on Sunday 6th November from 1pm. Admission to the Stock Car Event only is £7 for children over 10, children under 10 go FREE, and £18 for an adult.
Fill your boots with our tasty selection of food and drink from the Owlerton Stadium Snack Bar, served all day! Owlerton Stadium also boasts three bars for you and your group to stay fully refreshed throughout the day.
